We offer a full design and machining service to motorcycle/trike restorers and builders. A service available to professional and enthusiast restorers.

Specialist Skills

Our highly skilled engineers have developed specialist skills and processed in the machining of materials from plastics, steels, stainless steels and titanium.

We have extensive experience in machining components for a wide range of projects from custom bikes and trikes (VW and Reliant), Harley Davidson (Evo and Shovelhead), Street Fighters, to full restorations of classic Japanese and British bikes, where parts may no longer be obtainable.

Additional Services

We can also provide additional processes such as welding, anodizing, polishing, powder coating, surface finishing and plating. An injection-moulding service is also available for medium to large batches of plastic components.

Precision Machining

Using the latest multifunctional CNC machine tools along with quality conventional turning and milling capability, our aim is to manufacture quality machined component parts to the highest specification, efficiently and at competitive costs.
